Do we need Microsoft 365?

No. Radif runs in the browser and works alongside whatever your firm already uses. There is nothing to install and no dependency on Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power Automate.

Can we customize the forms?

Yes. Every request form is configuration, not code: fields, labels, required rules, ordering, dropdown options and conditional fields can all be adapted to your firm's terminology and process, and every template is versioned. Admins edit forms directly in Radif with a live preview.

Is our data isolated from other firms?

Yes, at the database layer. Every record carries your firm's identity and PostgreSQL Row-Level Security enforces isolation on every query, so one firm can never read another firm's requests, users, files, comments or reports.

Where is our data stored?

In Canada: our database and document storage run in AWS's Canada (Central) region on managed infrastructure (Supabase), encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily encrypted backups. Firms outside Canada can use Radif with their data hosted in Canada; if your firm requires residency in another region, contact us about a dedicated Enterprise deployment. Can we add our own request types?

Can staff upload documents?

Yes. Receipts, invoices, client instructions and backup documents attach directly to the request and stay with it permanently, in private storage only your firm can access.

Can we leave later?
